The Leilani Sailers team presents a new model of day sailers LS-15.
The LS-15 is made with a vision to build a sailing boat without cabin for
families and friends, with which you can enjoy carefree and relaxing moments on the water.
Day sailers are sailing boats without a cabin. They are usually up to 6 meters long.
Leilani Sailer LS-15 is 4.8 m long. It can be managed by one sailor, but there
is enough space on it for 5 persons, a family or a group of friends. With LS-15
you can afford joy and relaxation on the lakes, water-storage lakes or seaside.
LS-15 will be affordable for people with average incomes. As a day sailer it
has much lower price than cabin sailers, however the expenses for keeping and using a day sailer are
also much lower: you do not necessarily need a constant place in a marine, transport is much cheaper
because you can transport it on a trailer with your own car, putting a day sailer into water can be
easily done with a trailer as well...
Day sailers such as LS-15 are appropriate for beginners in sailing as well
as for experienced sailors. The experienced sailors can enjoy with it in a stronger winds
and on the seaside. And for beginners in sailing or people who are happy just to swing on the
waves the LS-15 will be even more interesting – it is perfect for gaining the sailing skills or
for hanging around on quiet waters of lakes or water-storage lakes, enjoying sunny afternoon in a
shadow of sails.
The Leilani Sailers LS-15 can not be bought at the moment. It will be available on market since April 2008.
